I recently used chemical weed killer  which seems to have worked very well as all the weeds have now turned  a very light rown, my question is can i just turn the soil over ans bury the deads weeds or should I remove them before turning the soil over

If they are tap rooted weeds like dandelion I'd make sure they were really dead and dig them out

Tom, it depends on what type of weedkiller you used.  If you used a,glyphosate based one it takes a cople of weeks to kill the roots.  Some weedkillers simply "kill" the top growth.

In any case, when turning the soil always remove roots you see.
