Oleander leaves

Hi, I've been putting our non hardy plants in the greenhouse and noticed that one of the oleanders has tiny white spots over many of its leaves and stems. I can't find out what it is, so does anyone have any ideas please? If so, what can I do about it? I've kept the plant outside as I don't want it to affect the others.

No-one any idea?

i also have to Oleanders but they are in my garden with other shrubs but they have not  flowerd sinced i have had them what am i doing wrong i have had them 2 years please advise
