Young Patio Pear tree

I bought a bare root patio pear last winter and up until a couple of days ago, it was looking really nice and healthy.  I noticed it had greenfly on a new shoot at the top of the tree and sprayed it with a mild soap & water solution.  The greenfly has gone, but I've noticed that the leaves are turning in and they are covered with brown spots (there are no signs of anything under the leaf).  Should I take them off?  All the leaves are affected and I don't know what to do for the best.  I've never had fruit trees before.  I also purchased two patio apple trees which are also in pots a few feet apart from the pear and touch wood, they are still looking healthy. Should I remove all the leaves or buy something from the garden centre?  Many thanks  image
