I have grown Sweet Williams and Wallflowers for next year and they are now about 4 inches high, when is the best time to plant them in the garden?

Hi nodlisab, mine are about the same height but have been outside since they were small.  I'd wait till end of summer/early autumn and the ground should still be warm enough for them to get established.
