Little caterpillars on my choisya

Leaves on my choisya are sticking together and curling around small caterpillar like bugs. Anyone out there know what they are and how to treat them. Had this shrub for many years and appears I am losing it.

Pick off any curled-up leaves and destroy them. It doesn't matter if you have to lose a large proportion, it won't harm the plant and it'll be OK next year.
