ive just purchased a strelitzia for my patio, i over winter cordylines, bananas and washingtonias in my greenhouse, which is heated with a 4ft tube heater,, will these strelitzia plants come through with such minimul heat?

What is the minimum temperature in the greenhouse ?

I keep my bird of paradise in an unheated conservatory over winter -  keep watering to a minimum and it should be ok . We have a little oil heater that we use if the temperature gets really cold as I overwinter lots of plants in there. Another tip - these plants do better when they are pot-bound .

thanks guys,, heres hoping,, lol
