I moved into a house late last year and inherited many wonderful and unusual plants and trees, however I have one tree, that no matter how much research, I can not identify. If anyone has any suggestions or answers I would really appreciate it. Thanks.

What size are the leaves, does it flower and when, are the leaves green on the one side different colour underneath

The leaves are 15" long and 6" wide. There has been no activity other than new leaves growing the underside of the leaf is a slightly lighter shade of green and it isn't shiny.

That looks like a high possibility, thanks. I am going to look into it more.
