That great plantsman Christopher Lloyd said not to pot on late summer cuttings until spring. So, leave well alone over winter. Resist the urge to peep at the root system, etc. I agree with sotongeoff that they will take 4 weeks or so when they show signs of growth remove plastic bag. Don't allow them to dry out completely but they will want some water just to tick over but not really to encourage too much growth.
