I keep my rose cuttings outside in a well ventilated cold frame or in a sheltered corner and leave them alone for about 12 months, just keeping them watered and weed-free - my guess is that your rose is in too warm a place and has put out leaves thinking that we're well into spring, while it's not had a chance to grow enough roots to support it.
I'd put it outside in a sheltered spot and leave it to grow a good root system.
Mine are outside in a coldframe too kribon, I'm inclined to agree with Dove, I think yours may be too warm, is your conservatory heated?
