Went food shopping. Supermarket was having a gardening week, had 2 golden raspberry plants left, had to have them before someone else did - under £5 each, £8 in GC. They had winter honeysuckle and variegated hebes for about £3.40 each, they are about £10 in GC. Got 1 of each. Then they had large decorative pots for under a fiver and potting compost on special offer (a known brand that used to be my favourite, but too pricey in GC). Then there were baby lettuce plants and parsley. So by the time the trolley was loaded with that lot there wasn't much room left for food!!  Poor OH, there's always the freezer. But there was also a special offer on salmon fillets so managed to squeeze one in too.

Back from jolly day at saltmines. Another one less
Bunny would you send some of your chicken round. Sounds lovely. We are having salmon and sweet potato wedges. Something quick and easy after work. May make lemon drizzle cake. Also quick and easy.

Lamb sausages in rich tomato sauce with pasta here, and veg, whatever OH decides to do

Oh and some fresh fruit mix from Waitrose mixed with the rest of the topping from yesterdays cheese cake - ate the cake but didn't use all the topping, with maybe a slurp of creme fraiche

Afternoon lovelies. Glad to be back in the warm. Car was sicker than I thought. Still in garage. It can come home tomorrow.

Something quick and easy for dinner tonight I think. Don't know what yet though.

I found one of Gary's "Rambling Rabbit's" in a box of mis-sort's I had to go through today! A pink one!  I could think of no use, so was left where it was! But now thinking! It would have made a perfect novelty coat hook if mounted on a wall!
