I have secured tv rights so we will kick of straight after Xfactor on a Saturday night-our first match is against a Coronation Street eleven-Norris Cole  and Emily Bishop are their secret weapons

Eastenders is next and the dum-dums

You are all insane ! (Thats why I like you ! ) Did someone mention cake ?

01/08/2012 at 10:35

There should always be cake. Maybe we should have formed a cricket team instead - I hear they have good teas!

Am off to camp on Friday for a long weekend - and there's always plenty of cake.

You are all giving me the giggles  I would love to be a cheerleader - I can manage that what with  my dodgy knees etc.

Love those shorts

Morning team GW!

I will be serving these sandwiches with refreshments at half time, hoping to encourage you to do some weight training in the break to stay fit.!

Great sarnies, Becks. I thought they were knitted when I first saw them!

Pink fluffies perfect, Jean.

Crocks Utd, I like. Could spell it Crox Utd so no-one would ever guess the hidden meaning.

Disappointed there'll be no gold meddle for flat-pack assembly :- ( It was my best chance.

01/08/2012 at 11:58

First GOLD in the bag.

01/08/2012 at 12:02

I could win a golden meddle in rowing-OH and I had a good row yesterday

The gals did good

01/08/2012 at 12:06

Thanks Pam and Flo. I could do a knitted version as well, but would think they will need a dip with them, as they might be chewy.

Can also do a liquid version with a straw for anyone with dodgy gnashers. I'll relabel them as a protein shake. No-one will ever know.

01/08/2012 at 12:08

Ha ha great idea Flo ! Becks,  - , I like the look of those sarnies , we will need sustenance. The wind is really getting up here - just rescued my standard ceanothus. Pots are blowing over and everything getting a bashing .  As if they haven't suffered enough. Have to go out and move a few things to a more sheltered position.

Cheers and a quick tear. Fab. race girls and lovely bit after with the troops in Afghan. and what Helen - or Heather - said.

Jean love the shorts

Its spelt Tomintoul a lovely village about an hour and a half from where I am, a notoriously bad place to be in the winter for being cut off.

Sorry about the flat pack Flo, I still havent worked out the flat back four business do you know yet Geoff?

I could double up as a cheer leader if needed or do you think my services as physio will  be too much in demand

01/08/2012 at 12:21

becks the protein shake Im just thinking about making lunch

I must put the telly on and catch up what Ive obviously missed out on

A bronze meddle for the chaps in rowing

01/08/2012 at 12:49

I have been watching the rowing very exciting and easy to follow

I can explain a flat back four but will need a slice of cake and a G and T first.
