Ah the mods-those where the days-parkas and the Smallfaces- I always wanted a motorbike and a leather jacket to be rocker

Never got the motorbike- but got the leather jacket 25 years later

Never got the drum kit

I have just googled Smalfaces speedos and a leather jacket eh

Some stepping stones. I bought these with the intention of saving me from stepping on the soil. But don't actually use them. I put them where I think would be good spots to step, but then never actually want to step just there.

The half-moons are meant for linking together to build a path across grass (I think). I don't understand why some people don't want to step on grass. The small square slabs are the most practical. The red ones are too good to put on soil. They look nice against green grass, and are ideal for anyone who is learning Chinese. (I do apologize to any Chinese readers if I have put them the wrong way up).

If you can remember the 60s you weren't there- or was that the 70s -can't remember

At some point I had flared trousers,never had a purple heart and the only trip I went on was to school

I remember the Small Faces & yes, you can still get 'spot' cream, only not always called that nowadays..... J.

I don't think it worked -instead of spots you had pink gunk all over you face .

 Body shop still do sage & comfrey blemish gel which I can remember from yonks ago. Daughter has a posh Clinique one as well as cheapos & then there is always toothpaste......

Is this a record? Only 3-4 weeks later the siutcases, from holidays, have finally gone back up into the loft! Yay, I can now try & restore some order on the spare bed! J.

Jo that is a record I get annoyed if they loiter for 4 days!

I noriced a recent TV ad featuring Mark Cavendish. Apparently he swears by Head and Shoulders. Would not surprise me in the least if he uses aforementioned spot reduction product (if it's still available). Am not sure which famous celebs promote(d) that one.

I too was intrigued with the vegan guy on this weeks GW, n Kate! wanna say thanks for that post! My veggie friend had a bit of a kick in the teeth midweek, unfortunately her tumours have grown, and now being pressured by family to go down the conventional route, but she does not want to!!!! So thinking this read will encourage her to stay on the path she has chosen!!  

Sorry to say this Dean but  I was under the impression that he had done the medical route and was eating healthily to stay healthy.  Nice looking veg

No Kate! She has stirred wide of it! But she herself has said, she does not feel I'll n since her vegan regime, she has never in her life had as much energy, does not have tired spell's n sleep's like a baby! So it must be doing some good!!!

Dean I am intrigued did you watch the programme that said that your medical life is pre-programmed in the womb, it was fascinating. They tried to explain why 20 a day smokers live till they are 90 but vegan yoga fanatics cannot escape their destiny.
