Miss Becks

Entry noted Chris, and thanks. This one is being a stubborn bugger.

What you had from Amazon Geoff??

Gary Hobson

My guess for today's wrapped advent pressie - chunky wax crayons.

Twinks-my son when he had a paper round always popped a card through the door -most people respond in kind-so yes

Becks-a puzzler game for OH's Nintendo-wrapping that was easy

Becks, my guess is a pack of felt tip pens. Hope you feel better fast!

The manservant is still here - although he's more of a boy-servant! Apparently he will be working with me on Friday. I'll have to find him some interesting things to do!

I used to be a papergirl - I depended on that Xmas box! Made delivering in the freezing mornings worthwhile.

Just wondering how many other people in the UK bought a potato peeler today, how's that for being boring

The postman knocked at our door this morning and with a cheery "Good Moaning", thrust a box into my arms, oh goody I thought, someone has sent me a present. NO, it was for someone round the other side of the village, disappointed again.

Oh blimey. Twinks, my Lakeland peeler was well pricey. It had better last me for the rest of my life!

Miss Becks

That always happens to me Chris!! Where we live, I live in Red Lion Avenue, but there is also a Red Lion Lane and a Red lion Cresent, and we are all joined on. We are all always getting each others post.

I got a parcel this morning. Just Dorset Wildlife Trust calendar and a couple of packs of Christmas cards - but it was nice to have something to open.

Flo. Your peeler is obviously much more upmarket than mine, I just happened to spot one whilst looking for something else and have been meaning to get one for a while. Mine will probably fall apart first time I use it. Just smiling to myself about having an online conversation about a peeler

The Prince Of Welsh Wales has a newish potato peeler~~~~~~~~~~~~

Pottie Pam

Good afternoon all, sorry for the absence

My daughter had a get together for her workmates so just got home. They are all different age groups and personalities but get on really well and I enjoyed  the banter and gossip.

Sorry you are still not well Becks.
