Have any of you lovely people ever bought/tried tea or coffee from a company called Ringtons? Or even heard of them?

In the halcyon days when OH had a job and we had money occasionally OH would get a freebee holiday.

It was part of a SAGA cruise covering Iceland, Greenland and Canada. Wonderful. When we were in Qaqortoq we were warned not to comment on the way of life - the market had seal and gull for sale for meat. There were no roads out of the town although there were roads in the town, It was very pretty and colourful and an experience we will probably never replicate or forget.

Just had to cancel chap coming tomorrow for some cupboards as starting to feel really grotty. Thumping headache and sinus now - wonderful. And I nearly killed myself the other day moving all the furniture so he could have access to work easily

Cupboard man Sasha?

He is/was coming to adapt a cupboard which has a lot of wasted space at the top. Just hope he gets my message and not too put out!

A rep came round for them earlier, saying you can't buy their goods in shops, and they deliver to your home via their own delivery vans. Did I want to try their wares?? I've agreed to try a jar of coffee (With a 'free' pack of deluxe biscuits), but at £3.59 for a 100 gram jar, are very much out my price league to be honest. But also wondered if they were rip off merchants, just re-packaging Morrisons value brand and selling it as premium, quality coffee! The website looks ok, but makes me wonder why the shops don't stock it?

It would seem Becks they are one of those specialty companies-quite a niche market-probably good quality but difficult to compare

You might find you will get pestered to re-order-the initial one  from these sort of companies is usually done as a loss.

Beck's! Rington's Tea have been around these part's as back as I can remember! Never tried though! But have heard they are quite expensive!  a local family firm which are obviously trying to expand!
