Just found this thread, it's great.  I don't have any sayings as such, I just try to think positive as much as possible.  2012 was a really bad year for us and by the time November 2012 came I thought, that's it, all I am going to do now is think positive and try to keep all the negative thoughts that eat away at you out of my head.  2013 was great so something must have worked, although it isn't always easy staying positive.

I also try to enjoy the little things as much as possible and have hugs

Doing something small in the garden everyday is a good way to keep positive.

Even if it is just 5 minutes it gives you the mirror image in your mind of what it looks like in all seasons.
