Hello Lyn, I've just pmed Victoria but if the deal falls through you'll be the first to know. Thank you for the Ragged Robin though Poor Victoria must be running around like a headless chicken bless her
No headless chickens here- I love a bit of seed packet organising

Oops. No, I cut it down. I looked it up on the rhs site and it said propagation by division but I've just looked on here and it says seeds can be sown in Spring.
It's A. Napellus, grows to nearly 2m and flowers in June. If they are viable seeds I'll defo collect some next year.

No worries Victoria.
Seeds will be off to Garden maiden tomorrow.
I have just read this about sowing the Aconitum seed
SOWING ADVICE: FOR BEST RESULTS, SOW SEEDS AS SOON AS YOU RECEIVE THEM IN A COOL PLACE ONTO A GOOD SOIL-BASED COMPOST. COVER THE SEEDS WITH FINE GRIT OR COMPOST TO APPROXIMATELY THEIR OWN DEPTH. THESE SEEDS CAN BE VERY SLOW INDEED TO GERMINATE, AND AS A RULE THEY WAIT FOR SPRING BEFORE EMERGING WHENEVER THEY ARE SOWN. PLEASE BE VERY PATIENT, AND DO NOT DISCARD THE SEED PAN, NO MATTER HOW LONG IT TAKES FOR GERMINATION TO OCCUR.
Hi victoriasponge- the black viola would be great, thanks - pm u my address
No probs, Foolio- I'll post them today.
Just received your astrantia and lovely card Beaus Mum! Thank you so much
Lyn, re the aconitum seeds. Cold is also important. Outside in the shade for now, later in the winter a cold GH or cold frame so you can watch them germinate
bekkie, plants posted.
Postie just been, thank you so very much Victoria Sponge, so very kind xx
