Bougainvillea 'Temple Fire' is a dwarf bougainvillea, bearing masses of bright fuchsia-pink bracts. Native to subtropical South America, it's best grown in a sunny, humid environment such as a greenhouse or conservatory.

For best results grow Bougainvillea 'Temple Fire' in a large container. When pruning, cut back side shoots to three to four buds. Feed with a nitrogen-rich fertiliser when it comes into growth in spring, followed by a potash-rich fertiliser when the flower buds appear. Protect from frost and water sparingly in winter.
