Ilex aquifolium 'Rubricaulis Aurea' is a rarely grown holly. With an upright habit, it has dark purple stems and shoots, and dark green leaves with distinctive, irregular, cream-yellow margins. In cold weather the leaves flush crimson. Berries are deep scarlet.
