Nepeta x faassenii ‘Crystal Cloud’ is a lovely catmint variety bearing unusual pale lilac flowers – not before seen in the species. Bred by nurserywoman Sonia Wright, Nepeta ‘Crystal Cloud’ has grey-green foliage and a compact habit.

It’s perfect for growing with other catmints, both at the front of a mixed border or in containers. Its blooms are loved by bees. Like many catmints, 'Crystal Cloud' may prove appealing to cats, though if they eat an excessive amount of the foliage it can give them an upset stomach.

Grow Nepeta x faassenii ‘Crystal Cloud’ in well-drained soil in full sun. Cut back after flowering and divide congested clumps every three years.
