Phlox paniculata 'Becky Towe' is a mid-border cottage garden plant flowering from July to October. Deadhead plants regularly to extend the flowering season. Extra plants can be created by dividing clumps every three to four years. Good companion plants include different coloured cultivars, especially 'Mount Fuji' (white), 'Eva Cullum' (pink with a dark centre), 'Prince of Orange' (deep salmon) and 'Starfire' (cherry red).

Beware mildew on well-drained soil in dry summers. To reduce the likelihood of an attack, thin congested clumps and water well and mulch in the spring. Phlox paniculata 'Becky Towe' produces pink flowers, with a darker purple eye.
