What is the DeWit Planting Trowel like?
This Dutch made hand crafted trowel has a tempered carbon steel head with bevelled sides and a pointed tip. The shaped handle is made from FSC certified ash and has a hole for easy hanging.
Is the DeWit Planting Trowel comfortable?
This is a quality tool that feels sturdy but comfortable. The handle has been shaped to sit snugly in the hand and it does, even when pushing down hard on the rounded end with the palm - only the rather large hole in the end catches slightly if you’re working with bare hands.
Does the DeWit Planting Trowel perform well?
The bevelled edges and tip to the head help this trowel cut through the soil with ease. It's pointed enough to cope with stony ground and is great for weeding in and around deep rooting, congested plants.
