Prize details

The winner and up to seven guests will be invited for a three-night stay at The Rotunda at Exbury House from Friday 13 to Monday 16 March 2026. The prize is worth a total of £1,759 and includes entry to Exbury Gardens.

The Rotunda is one of three luxury Exbury Estate properties available to book through New Forest Escapes, the award-winning boutique holiday homes company.

Please note: The winner must pay a standard security deposit of £250 in case of any damages during their stay. This will be charged to a card of their choosing (Mastercard or Visa) a few days before the holiday begins and will be refunded 3-5 working days after check-out.

How to enter

To be in with a chance of winning this fantastic prize, simply answer the question below correctly by 23:59 on 30 January 2026. The winner will be notified and the prize arranged after this date.

Terms and conditions

1. The Promoter is Immediate Media Company London Limited (company number 06189487).

3. The promotion is open to all residents of the UK, including the Channel Islands, aged 18 years or older, except the Promoter’s employees or contractors and anyone connected with the promotion or their direct family members.
4. The closing date for entries is 23:59 on 30 January 2026.
5. By entering the promotion, the participants agree:
   a) to be bound by these terms and conditions; and
   b) that should they win the promotion, they may be contacted by the Promoter to request the use of their name and likeness pre-arranged promotional purposes.
6. Entrants should enter by answering the question on the BBC Gardener’s World website. Entries received after the closing date of the promotion will not be considered.
7. Entrants must supply to Immediate their name and email address. The Promoter will use entrants’ personal details in accordance with the Immediate Privacy Policy (https://www.immediate.co.uk/privacy/).
8. Only one entry will be permitted per person, regardless of method of entry. Bulk entries made by third parties will not be permitted.
9. The prize is a 3-night stay at Exbury House, the New Forest (https://newforestescapes.com/property/the-rotunda/), including entry to Exbury Gardens, on Friday 13th March 2026 (from 16:00) – Monday 16th March 2026 (until 10:00), up to a maximum of 8 guests.
10. The winner and all accompanying guests agree to New Forest Escapes Limited’s booking terms and conditions, found here: https://newforestescapes.com/terms-conditions/. The winner must pay a standard security deposit of £250 in case of any damages during their stay. This will be charged to a card of the winner’s choosing (Mastercard or Visa) a few days before the holiday begins and will be refunded 3 -5 working days after check-out.
11. No additional accommodation charges are payable to New Forest Escapes Ltd. Payment is only required for the refundable security deposit, or if the winner wishes to extend their stay outside of the competition winning dates.
12. The lead guest must be 18 years of age, or older, on the date the prize is claimed. Guests under 18 years of age should be accompanied by a responsible adult.
13. The winning entrant will be the first correct entry drawn at random from all the correct entries after the closing date. The Promoter’s decision as to the winner is final and no correspondence relating to the promotion will be entered into. The Promoter may share the details of the winner with the prize provider for the purposes of fulfilling/delivering the prize.
14. The winner will be notified within 14 days of the close of the promotion by email. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 28 days of such notification being sent, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to a runner up, or to re-offer the prize in any future promotion.
15. There is no cash alternative and the prize will not be transferable. Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of the same or greater value.
16. The surname and county of residence of the winner will be available upon request by sending an SAE to Gardener’s World, New Forest Competition, 44 Brook Green, London, W6 7BT within two months of the closing date of the promotion. The Promoter will contact the winner before releasing this information and provide the winner the opportunity to object or limit the amount of information shared.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter or amend the promotion at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of its control.
18. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for lost, delayed or fraudulent entries.
19. The Promoter excludes liability to the full extent permitted by law for any loss, damage or injury occurring to the participant arising from his or her entry into the promotion or occurring to the winner arising from his or her acceptance of a prize.
20. Your details are being collected and used by the Promoter, not by the social media platform.
