Monty Don is moving a large clump of stately hemp agrimony (Eupatorium cannabinum) that is growing in the wrong place. By moving this large herbaceous perennial in autumn, when it's at its full height, he can make sure it suits its new position and won't overpower the surrounding plants. Watch this Gardeners' World video to find out how to do this in your own garden.
