Your day itinerary

• 10:00am Arrive, enjoy tea and coffee
• 10:30am Guests split into two groups: cookery demo/apple pressing demo
• 11:30am Groups swap
• 12:40pm Champagne aperitif and canapés
• 1:30pm Three-course lunch with wines*
• 4pm Depart with a complimentary goody bag
