Just a mile from Birmingham city centre, this 15-acre green oasis is home to around 7,000 plants, shrubs and trees, including many rarities. There are four glasshouses to explore (Mediterranean, subtropical, tropical and arid), as well as a rose garden, cottage garden, woodland walk, rock pool, alpines, the National Bonsai Collection, and much more.
Important update
With the gradual easing of lockdown restrictions, gardens in the 2-for-1 directory are beginning to open.
To ensure the safety of visitors and staff, many have special measures in place, including pre-booking and limiting the number of visitors.
Before visiting a garden, please contact the garden directly to determine their opening status and any restrictions that may apply.
Please note: we’re unable to keep all individual 2-for-1 garden pages updated, but we will publish the latest details that we have on our weekly updates page from week commencing Monday 8 June, 2020.
