Set in parkland with woods and lakes, these 35-acre gardens retain many elements that date back to the 18th century. There is a spring garden, a recently redesigned walled kitchen garden, a rose-filled summer garden and a Victorian box walk leading to a woodland garden. Snowdrops, daffodils and other spring bulbs and blossom light up the garden early in the year.
