Native plants and wildlife thrive in these eight acres of gardens and damp meadows. The gardens demonstrate all aspects of wildlife-friendly gardening, using native and near-native plants, mingled with interesting perennials, in an informal cottage-garden style. The meadows are managed to enhance the diversity of native species, and the whole site attracts a wealth of birds, bees, butterflies, dragonflies and other wildlife.
