More than 300 species of rhododendrons can be found in this extensive mountainside garden, which displays plants from across the world, including Bhutan, Chile, Japan and Tasmania. There is a restored Victorian fernery, vibrant autumn colour and many fine mature trees, including an avenue of 150-year-old giant redwoods.
