Pencarrow Gardens

Pencarrow Gardens 2-for-1 entry

Get one free entry with one full-paying adult, with your Gardeners’ World Magazine 2-for-1 entry card. Valid at 392 gardens.

Pencarrow Gardens is dog-friendly – just remember to keep them on a lead outside the house and café, where chickens and peacocks wander free. On a hot day, you can even treat your four-legged friend to a doggy ice-cream! Pencarrow is best know, though, for its monkey puzzle trees: it was here, after all, that they first got their name.

Follow the walks through this 50-acre, Grade II* listed garden, among azaleas, rhododendrons, camellias, bluebells, conifers and blue hydrangeas. Stroll across the sweeping lawns, beside the lake, through the rockery and the sunken Italian garden.

Check before you travel

Before setting off check the garden’s website or call direct, as opening details can vary and one-off restrictions may apply.

We advise checking the garden’s own website or calling them direct to ensure the published details are accurate, as opening times and restrictions may vary.

Always take your 2 for 1 card with you

Some gardens have pre-booking systems in place – take your 2 for 1 card with you to validate your booking.

If a garden offers both pre-booking and walk-up options, we recommend booking prior to your visit to avoid disappointment should the garden be busy.

Please don’t make multiple pre-bookings or share your 2 for 1 card – card misuse will invalidate your discount claim at the garden.
