Delosperma is a genus of small, succulent plants, native to rocky areas of southern and eastern Africa, including seashores and mountainsides. They have a kaleidoscopic range of flower colours, and the petals of many seem to shimmer, giving them the common name of ice plant. Delospermas thrive in full sun and well-drained soil.

Delosperma 'Jewel of Desert Moonstone' is part of the 'Jewel of Desert' series. This spreading, mat-forming perennial has pretty white flowers with a yellow centre that appear continuously from spring until the first frosts. Ideal for rockery plantings and growing in containers. For best results, grow Delosperma 'Jewel of Desert Moonstone' in full sun, in very well-drained soil.
