Also known as the spotted geranium, Geranium maculatum is a woodland perennial native to North America.

Geranium maculatum 'Elizabeth Ann' is a compact cranesbill, forming a bushy mound of coffee-brown leaves which contrast beautifully with small, pink cup-shaped flowers from late spring to summer. The flowers attract a wide range of pollinators, including bees.

For best results grow Geranium maculatum 'Elizabeth Ann' in partial shade and trim plants back immediately after blooming. It's perfect for edging ornamental borders and may also be grown in pots. Divide plants every couple of years to maintain vigour.
