Prize details

The winner will enjoy an exclusive seven-night stay for two in a first-floor, one-bedroom apartment at HPB Lodge Yard, arriving Friday 10 October 2025 and departing Friday 17 October 2025 (these dates are fixed and cannot be changed). This unique experience is typically only available to HPB Bondholders and is valued at £495.

Camden is a first-floor apartment that sleeps two people. Ideal for couples, friends or family, it features a double bedroom, a separate bathroom, an open-plan living area and a private patio offering impressive views over the Yorkshire Dales National Park. A single sofa bed and z-bed are also available for flexible sleeping arrangements. No pets are allowed.

There are no age restrictions, but any children under 18 will need to be accompanied by an adult. There are no additional charges for using the facilities, such as the snooker room, reading room and clubhouse.

Please note, travel to and from Lodge Yard is not included.

How to enter

To be in with a chance of winning, simply answer the question below correctly by 23:59 on 31 July 2025. The winner will be notified, and the prize arranged after this date.

Terms and conditions

1. The Promoter is Immediate Media Company London Limited (company number 06189487).

3. The promotion is open to all residents of the UK, including the Channel Islands, aged 18 years or older, except the Promoter’s employees or contractors and anyone connected with the promotion or their direct family members.
4. The closing date for entries is 23:59 on 31 July 2025.
5. By entering the promotion, the participants agree:
   a) to be bound by these terms and conditions; and
   b) that should they win the promotion, their name and likeness may be used by the Promoter for pre-arranged promotional purposes.
6. Entrants should enter by answering the questions on the Gardeners’ World website. Entries received after the closing date of the promotion will not be considered.
7. Entrants must supply to Immediate their name and email address. The Promoter will use entrants’ personal details in accordance with the Immediate Privacy Policy (https://www.immediate.co.uk/privacy/).
8. Only one entry will be permitted per person, regardless of method of entry. Bulk entries made by third parties will not be permitted.
9. One winner will receive the prize of a seven-night stay for two people at HPB Lodge Yard located in the small village of Askrigg, in Wensleydale on 10^th October to 17^th October (7 nights, sleeps 2). One of the guests can be a child, but they must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (18+).
10. The winning entrant will be the first correct entry drawn at random from all the correct entries after the closing date. The Promoter’s decision as to the winner is final and no correspondence relating to the promotion will be entered into. The Promoter may share the details of the winner with the prize provider for the purposes of fulfilling/delivering the prize.
11. Travel expenses to and from the property will not be provided.
12. The winner will be notified within 7 days of the close of the promotion by email. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 14 days of such notification being sent, the Promoter reserves the right to offer the prize to a runner up, or to re-offer the prize in any future promotion.
13. There is no cash alternative and the prize will not be transferable. Prizes must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of the same or greater value.
14. The surname and county of residence of the winner will be available upon request by sending an SAE to Gardeners’ World, Holiday Property Bond Competition, 44 Brook Green, London, W6 7BT within two months of the closing date of the promotion. The Promoter will contact the winner before releasing this information and provide the winners the opportunity to object or limit the amount of information shared.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, alter or amend the promotion at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside of its control.
16. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for lost, delayed or fraudulent entries.
17. The Promoter excludes liability to the full extent permitted by law for any loss, damage or injury occurring to the participant arising from his or her entry into the promotion or occurring to the winner arising from his or her acceptance of a prize.
18. Your details are being collected and used by the Promoter, not by the social media platform.
