Ascot Racecourse is famous for its world-class horse racing, but the esteemed venue is now branching out into the field of gardening. Having partnered with the nearby Savill Garden and Valley Gardens at Windsor Great Park, it is launching the Ascot Spring Garden Show in April this year. The three venues are all part of the historic Windsor Estate, have royal heritage, and are renowned as places of outstanding beauty that host high-class events.

The Ascot Spring Garden Show is a top-quality event aimed at serious gardeners and gardening enthusiasts alike, but is sure to be a fun and relaxing day out for everyone who attends. At the Talks Theatre you'll be able to make the most of free gardening advice and tips from horticulturists, including TV gardener David Domoney; floral decorator Simon Lycett; plant pathologist and presenter Pippa Greenwood, and keeper of the gardens of Windsor Great Park John Anderson.

There will also be inspiring show gardens from award-winning designers, 35 specialist plant nurseries and a plant crèche, 60 garden-related trade stands, and six gardens from the Young Gardeners of the Year competition. This boutique garden show promises high-quality horticulture, unrivalled service and state-of-the-art facilities, and is the perfect way to celebrate the arrival of spring.
